Went to a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu course at a 1045AM as a beginner. The class was great! The instructor Chris is very patient. The class size was small, 4 people so lots of individual instruction and critique.... more
Perhaps one of the best investments on campus. They have several floors of free weights, a track on the top floor, exercise machines galore, mat and wooden studio rooms with mirrors, a pool, basketball courts, and a climbing wall.... more
Awful gym. Not clean and the staff is not helpful. They incorrectly charged my account and they have been incredibly unhelpful in correcting the situation. It has been terrible customer service.... more
Very rude... go somewhere else... This is probably one of the best HIT workout programs I have ever done. The trainers are skilled and friendly, using routines that are varied and unique incorporating a series of exercises which include resistance training with weights, plyometric movements, medicine balls, kettle-bells and more.... more
Best place for every workout. They have saunas and hot tubs! Love the racket ball and fitness classes. I am a member for life.. 4 on 4 mid-day pick-up basketball is popular and competitive, with a team or two waiting MWF.... more

This facility is great. The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. They are very quick to share important information. The coaches are great. The team coaches are an amazing team that truly care about the kids.... more
Great gym, friendly staff, clean environment. Great place to work out when your child has been admitted to the hospital. Seattle gym was a life saver for me...I was able to burn off some stress and return to the hospital full of positive energy for my little guy.... more
An authentic pilates studio. Really good teachers. You can make the classes as hard or easy as you want using slow movements that tire the muscles.. They have lovely equipment but the classes are kind of boring.... more
I have been here for 3 months and this gym was a really great find for me. This gym is constantly trying to improve and get new equipment. The staff is super nice and helpful. The gym itself is really great as well, it's on the smaller side but since they are open 24 hours there is always times when it's not busy .... more

This gym is gross. I joined in January and honestly, this is the dirtiest gym I've ever used. The Showers are gross and seem to have issues being staying hot. Soap is always empty. Also, the doors for the Sauana and Steam room are just laughable.... more

Gym has good equipment however try to avoid peak times if you hate crowd. Personal trainer package is a pure rip off. Staff is nice until you sign up for the package. Some trainers don't even look fit.... more
I've been coming to this gym for roughly five years, and I've had a great time. My locked-in rate from back then has been honored with no upcharges, my personal trainers have been fantastic , and the Monday-Friday opener is the sunshine that perks me up for my 5:30am workouts.... more
Average fitness club that charges premium prices. Equipment maintenance turnaround times could be better. HVAC is a major issue for this location. This club was closed for a month while they tried to fix the issue, but the ceiling still seems to leak.... more
I'm not sure why everyone is hating on this place? It's a good gym, everything is clean, the staff is friendly, and as long as you don't go during peak hours then there is plenty of equipment available.... more
