Perhaps one of the best investments on campus. They have several floors of free weights, a track on the top floor, exercise machines galore, mat and wooden studio rooms with mirrors, a pool, basketball courts, and a climbing wall. They also offer programs for health and wellness, physical therapy, personal training, martial arts, dancing, boat/canoe/kayak stuff, climbing, you name it. Some bad parts are that the weight room is usually packed (they do have a lot of weights and machines, though, so you can usually get some sort of workout in) and they have pretty strict or expensive policies for guests (must be 18 or older, costs $10 to host a guest, etc.). If you're a student and you exercise, IMA is well worth the time to get there to do physical activities.
