Good gym to workout in. Plenty of equipment and excellent trainers. Especially Lane and Nick, well educated and fit trainers. Bonus points to Lane for not taking excuses..Unmatched personal training.... more
You don't want to go to this one, the guy there isn't very helpful, he doesn't even try to be. Go see Cheryl at Tower Point Gold's Gym...she rocks!!.Spacious . clean .great equipment and good classes.... more
