I love how comfortable I feel as soon as I walk in the door. The classes are challenging and I have no doubt I will accomplish my goals with your program. I have already encouraged two people to come and sign up. One is a young mother that I met in the Co op feed store parking lot.
I was new to yoga and had just started the 6 week challenge at Yoga Pod, when I was suddenly and unexpectedly in the middle of divorce. The challenge gave me something positive to focus on and a goal to strive for in the midst of the turmoil in my home life. I learned to let my feelings flow out of me in a constructive and healthy way as I also grew stronger and fitter physically. I felt welcomed and supported by the staff and grew more comfortable in getting out there and trying new things. I lost weight in a short amount of time and noticed healthy changes in my body as I saw myself in the mirror during the yoga classes. I am grateful that I joined Yoga Pod! I highly recommend.
The staff are all so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! The class was great and the instructors were motivating! I love it!
The immersion class was very informative and eye opening.. I felt like I left relaxed which is not something that I am used to feeling. The way that the instructor explained each class and the benefits of it made me feel like I could make informed decisions about which classes would work best for me. I've already decided to make yoga part of my weekly routine and I've only been to one class. I look forward to learning more and feeling better!

Lots of smiling faces! As soon as I walked in I felt at home. Not a big Yogi but they helped me along.i with my pregnant daughter and the instructor was amazing at taking time to make sure she did everything correctly as to not hurt her or the baby! The encouragement wall let me in tears! They have a great thing going! Be blessed

I love that even in larger classes, the instructors will continue to provide individualized feedback. They also demonstrate varying levels of difficulty for various poses.

Yogapod is great! They hosted a private yoga event for my group, and we all enjoyed it so much! The group was mostly beginners, and the instructor did an awesome job at keeping the class at our level, as well as introducing us to a variety of different types of yoga! Would definitely go back for a group or private class!

Great place! Great staff! I did the hot hot yoga, and it was fantastic. Looking forward to my next visit for sure!
The first class I took there was great. I was instantly hooked and signed up to be a Karma Yogi (where you clean during a 3 hour shift once a week and get all the free yoga you want for that week). Yoga Pod is always very clean because of all these hard working Karma Yogis. I took their teacher training in 2014 and taught until 2017. I loved teaching there. It was a wonderful experience. They have a wonderful staff and Ashtanga!
Wonderful energy, friendly positive staff and atmosphere. Calm and relaxing and lots of positive vibes. I had a wonderful experience and am joining now after my free week trial. The instructors are wonderful and knowledgeable and you can really tell the love what they are doing. Great place!
I've always enjoyed the ambience of the studio, the props they offer to assist with class (always in good condition!), and the friendliness and professionalism of the instructors.
