I was given incorrect information from a manager and a staff member about a charge on my account,The owner responded professionally and in a timely manner explaining that I was given incorrect information and cleared everything up.As a fellow business owner and a former manager of several businesses I genuinely appreciate the owners reaching out to clarify. This is a good place to work out for all levels and I appreciate the care given by the ownership and the staff is very polite,I have only had one negative experience in my roughly 5 history of being a member and it was cleared up.

I can work out half an hour before going to my job and sometimes come half an hour or evening been going for 6 weeks and I lost about 8 pounds

Well the gym is my favorite color purple. Most of all I like that there is a lot of equipment. Everyone can use a machine and not have to wait to get on a machine. I love the facility and the free trainers. I like how the gym is open 24 hours and the staff is very friendly and always smiling and willing to help. The locker rooms are always clean and smells nice. Planet Fitness is a great atmosphere for positive people like myself and I love it. Thank you so much for all you do Planet Fitness Staff!

Love this gym. The membership is really affordable. The equipment is top shelf. Other than Monday evening it's not too crowded.

Seems like a nice friendly environment. Staff was absolutely helpful and polote. Pretty clean equipment and facilities. Greet first impression.Edit* it seems overcrowding is becoming an issue.

I love Planet Fitness. I go to the one in Bryan. Very courteous and helpful people. Can't beat the prices. Lots of exercise equipment.

Clean gym with plenty of cardio machines, even when they are busy during peak hours. The environment is friendly and welcomed every fitness level.

Ive been a member for 2 years. Membership price is affordable and it's always a judgment free zone. Tanning rooms, massage chairs and beds. It's awesome.

I personally like going to Planet Fitness to get my sweat on and work out. their prices are great it's a no-haggle kind of gym people there are good the atmosphere is wonderful and you can set your own routine and work at your own pace.

The staff have always been friendly and helping. I go later at night so I'm not sure what it's like early in the day. Wish they had a punching bag, but overall a pretty good place.

Great place to work out. Always friendly. The small group classes are well handled and will push you for where ever you were at --to go to a higher level. Always clean, friendly personnel and well tended. Its not the gym offering that TX A&M gym offers with their rock wall climbing, pools etc but that also costs a lot more for family of students and PF is really budget friendly, and a good value with a wide range of exercise machine options.

They told me my water was too big and it intimidated people... I'm from New York it's Texas and hot AsF ... if you are bothered by people's water bottles you might want to seek professional help asap.... I joined Barbell on Dominik street place is awesome !

Clean and well run. They have plenty of machines for the number of people working out. The staff are generally friendly and helpful

Not my favorite location. They only have fans over the main cardio area so there's a whole section of treadmills that aren't covered and it's hotter than Hades over there. The specialty rooms are also pretty toasty. I will say they are a LOT less crowded than the one in College Station.

I entered the Bryan facility around 8:30-9:00 am Friday, July 14th and there were a female and male employee leaning against the back counter. The women's locker room had paper on the floor. I left around 11:45 and the area still had not been cleaned. Saturday about 7:00 am the locker room floor was worst, it was not cleaned when I left around 8:40. The ab bench has been out of service for 3 months, which is horrible. One of the staff is not friendly, she will just hold up the scanner and not say a word. Exception is when there is another employee around, then she feign friendliness.
