I went here for a year, going very frequently between January and August 2019. I was able to lose 25 pounds and gain a lot of muscle/tone. They did a nutritional challenge, and that actually helped me redefine how I look at food. Some of the dietary changes I made during that challenge I've still kept today almost two years later, and I've lost another 15 pounds for a total of 40 pounds (from 200 lbs to 160 lbs). The coaches are friendly and knowledgeable, and the environment is very inviting and non-intimidating. They also focus on community as a gym, and we did things like float the Comal River (twice in one day) and do holiday workouts together. I definitely recommend this place.
