The machines are much more comfortable and smooth on my joints than the machines at the YMCA. The jacuzzi is very large and powerful. The people are very welcoming. The indoor track is soft and has long distance.... more

Orangetheory is one of the most unique gyms of which I've ever been a member. The gym on 17th Avenue in Nashville is small and might seem a bit cramped when viewed from outside, but the workout regimens are solid, the staff is helpful and encouraging, and I feel amazing after every workout.... more
The CrossFit idea is ok, but most attendees do not have the training or experience to attempt most of their exercises safely or competently. Most gyms do not even address form or technique to avoid injury.... more
