The best Ymca in the system.. Johari and Ken lead a wonderful staff who truly care for the members . The members themselves are amazing as well.. Just awesome people... Coach Keith does a great job of leading you through a very focused boot camp. You can go at your intensity level to get exactly what you want out of it. I highly recommend. So helpful and friendly. Room was clean and ready. Breakfast buffet is very nice.. Very nice staff, central location, and room layout makes your stay very private. Just know you are near the airport, and light sleepers may have issues a couple of times a night, but it's not bad.... more
My 4 year olds love My Gym, the mighty mites class, open play, & all the teachers!. Went to a 4 yo birthday party there and it was excellent. They made the Birthday child feel so special and were wonderful running the party and involving all the kids.... more

I love this YMCA. We have visited TONS of gyms around Donelson/Hermitage area. You may save money, but you won't save on equipment, cleanliness, or staff care. The y has staff constantly cleaning and inspecting machines.... more

Simply the best swim school around Ms Beverly is the best instructor and loves the kids. Horrible experience for my son. 1 year later, and my 4 year old has nightmares. I took my then 3 yr old son who was very excited to learn how to swim to Sea Star.... more
