I love this studio. I am pretty new to yoga and tried a couple of other classes and Yoga Country blew them away. Best part...I have lost 5 lbs and actually enjoyed doing it. Also, the instructors are awesome - so helpful and encouraging.... more

Love the staff and the warm, home-like environment. The classes are very hot, so drink lots of water, and sometimes they can be quite crowded if you go at peak hours. If you're able to, drop in during a less popular time, and you'll enjoy it so much more.... more
I think this is an amazing place for mothers to be and mothers period. Great community..My daughter and I loved the BYOBaby class. Being the only dad/baby combo in the room, Amy went out of her way to make sure we felt welcome and included.... more

Misty is warm and welcoming and the classes are just the right pace. Often yoga classes can be intimidating: too challenging or too much forced new ageyness. Not Yoga House. Misty keeps it real with her upbeat, accessible personality, pushing the limits for the more advanced students but somehow keeping it simple enough for beginners like me to understand.... more
