Great atmosphere, fabulous teachers, and wonderful classes. It was easy to book classes and everyone in the studio has been super friendly.
I really enjoyed taking the Ayurveda Course at Sanctuary. Had a great time, leaerned a lot. Super people! Wonderful expereince all around. Super-Clean space.

Sanctuary is go-to yoga studio in Nashville and has been for years. Always welcoming, clean with plenty of room to stow your personal items. Lots of free parking, too (unless it's lunchtime - then use the upper level of the parking ramp). They have a great variety of teachers and classes throughout the day. Tom Larkin is my favorite teacher - love/hate his bad jokes!
