We had a great time here for a friends bachelorette weekend! This class is a must! We did the pole/chair sessions with Sugar and everyone had such a fun experience. It was so cool to learn different choreography and they even filmed our group at the end of each session so we have the videos and pictures as memories.... more
Love the staff and the warm, home-like environment. The classes are very hot, so drink lots of water, and sometimes they can be quite crowded if you go at peak hours. If you're able to, drop in during a less popular time, and you'll enjoy it so much more.... more
