I LOVE the botique environment, high quality equipment, and crowd free space. They have full service locker rooms so I can get in and out and back to work with ease- and without smelling like I just got back from the gym. Also free parking, even nights and weekends! Shawn, the director and master of Jui-jitsu, is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He's got a self defense course starting up this month that I'm really looking forward to!! All around 5 stars!
