The workout is really great and they are accommodating! I just started going to them for the community classes and they are the best! Everyone who works there is so nice and I would recommend everyone take at least 1 class here!
Went with my girlfriends for a bachelorette party and had the BEST time! The instructor was so patient and so much fun! We all left feeling like we had a killer workout and so empowered! Highly recommend!!!
We had such an amazing experience at Studio Goddess! From the time we walked in to the time we left, we were treated exceptionally well - like Queens! We chose to take the Pole Dance Fitness class and our instructor, Caty, was so kind and took the class at a pace we all could handle.
After the class was over, we had some time to take photos and practice our own moves. The bride was then brought a small gift and everyone was provided champagne.
Thank you Studio Goddess and Caty for a memorable experience !

I LOVE studio goddess! Everyone is so friendly and eager to teach! I try to go every week, now that I am back in the aerial yoga grove. Defiantly recommend it if you're looking for something fun and different compared to just going to the gym.

We came here for my bachelorette party and had a wonderful time. The instructor was so energetic and fun, and we learned some great moves!!! Would definitely recommend.

We had the BEST time doing the Pole Dancing class for a bachlorette party! I was a little conservative about trying it, but we all laughed and danced our hearts out!

Kristen Nicole, the owner, is my instructor for Int./Adv. Pole Series. She is extremely knowledgeable and skilled at teaching pole. I have achieved many moves with the help of her technical corrections and guidance. She has made my experience in improving my performance both comfortable and enjoyable. Her warm and encouraging spirit is much appreciated!
Victoria was absolutely FABULOUS! She was very patient and an amazing dancer. Thank you for everything! Def recommend for a bachelorette party!
We went here for during my bachelorette weekend in Nashville. Alicia was our instructor and was AMAZING! She had so much positive energy and exuded sex appeal that was contagious. We all had a great time and recommend this to any bachelorette party!
We came here as part of my Bachelorette Party and has a great time! It is the perfect way to take goof off with your gal pals! Our instructor was amazing! She helped us navigate various poses while also keeping things fun and sassy! I would highly recommend this to any group, especially women, that are looking for something fun to do!
I am from out of state and decided to do a drop-in lyra class. I knew from the pictures that I would love the studio, but it's even better in person. Kristen is the owner and instructor and she was fantastic! Kristen really stresses form and technique, which is the safest way to gradually get stronger and better to avoid injury. Super fun and I highly recommend giving it a try whether you're new to aerial fitness or not!

I enjoyed learning techniques and building strength in Amber's class while Kristen focuses on performance, flow, and self awareness. The instructors do a great job focusing on individual needs and challenge you only as much as you are willing.
The reason for 3 stars is that it's hard to be anything but extroverted here. I'm pretty shy and felt really embarrassed on 2 occasions which ended up convincing me to not return and lose around $30 of classes.
I think Studio Goddess has found a great niche in Nashville and provides an empowering experience to women. My opinion is limited to my own experience and I've seen many happy customers, so I definitely would encourage anyone who's curious to try it out!
