I set an appointment and got a therapist that does not specialize in Swedish massage. She does a grab and pull technique that basically feels like someone roughing you up. On top of that she shorted me on my time.... more
Great place to do yoga. The classes are challenging and fun. The heat really adds another element to the workout. You also feel great afterwards and it really helps soothe any body pains you may have.... more
Its nostalgic to take my kids to an upgraded place I would often roam as a kid!. The past few times I have taken my 5 year old trash has been everywhere which has lead to ants....It used to be clean.... more
Great places good selection. I use this gym because it's free with my apartment complex. Not a lot of weights and many of the weights don't have a matching set. Its dirty and decaying.... more
Tyrants from City of West Columbia ruined the river access .. Don't really like the apartments that are being built when the area could've been useful and made into a parking lot for the Riverwalk!... more
