Am writing this review so noone that drops in gets ripped off like i did. i went in and signed up for the month to month for 145 bucks instead of the contract for a year because i was in town to work for the month on June the owner Dk signed me up he told me about the year option but i told him i was here to work for the month of June. i left town june 29th, on july 1st i got a charge for 150(idk why 150 because the membership was 145 but either way i shouldnt have been charged) i thought it was clearly a mistake because i did month to month so no worries i just tryed to called them. I never got anyone to answer my call or return my voicemails or answer my email that i sent on july 1st when i saw the payment go through. i waited about a week to see if my money came back but it never did at that poimt since i couldnt get anyone on the phone i msgs them on FB and i got a reply from DK telling me i would not get a refund because i didnt give them 10day cancellation notice. i was never even aware i had to cancel my subscription that is why i did the month to month. i dont think its fair at all that the can just keep the money like that. They should definitely be more clear about this situation, when its month to month without a cancellation notice and i should atleast be adviced about it specially since i told Dk i was there to work for the month of June. if anyone goes and does a drop in at this Gym make sure to not get ripped off do not give then your card pay cash to avoid this. They will not advice you just take your money!!!!

I've been a member for just over a year and it has been one of the better decisions I've made in a while. Great facilities, great coaches and a family atmosphere where all are welcomed and encouraged to push themselves to set then reach new PR's .

I am a retired professional boxer that got out of shape. Returning to a regular gym was torture. I needed a place that was challenging and fun. I feel very welcome here. Great people.
Absolutely love this place. Best facilities and coaches. Has done wonders for myself and both my sons. The boys have excelled in football and basketball because of the coaches and program that Carl Hardwick has developed. I have never been in better shape!
This is my home box, and the 6am crew is the best kept secret here. We always have a great time and a great workout! Keep being more awesome guys and gals!
