Not a huge space, but the equipment and bathrooms are new and very nice. Owner responds to requests quickly.. This is a great gym. It has a private feel to it whenever I go and the people are nice when I have questions.... more

Terrific experiences here. I have been on several occasions for a variety of programs from yoga to massage workshops, and all are top notch! My wife loves the classes here too!. I started coming here a few months ago for prenatal yoga and it has been awesome! Parking is never a problem and the classes normally run 1 hour and 15 minutes which means that you aren't rushed and always get plenty of time for shavasana at the end.... more
