Owner isn't professional at all. Creates Facebook fights and values new customers over loyal customers. Or in other words only cares about $$$ not the gym members.. The work out was just what l needed.... more
Clean, friendly, excellent equipment, free hydro and chair massages and tanning with their black membership, which is about 30.00 per month. Not a "hard core" gym... Members are college age to the elderly, and everyone in between.... more
Staff is always friendly and willing to help. Best gym I have ever been in!. Would rank 5 stars if the hours were less all over the place. Good gym for the price. Kind of bummed they don't have scales in the bathrooms so i can measure my progress but to each their own.... more

The staff is always great to work with!. Was at March Meltdown and was very unimpressed with how American Gold Gymnastics handled the weather situation. You know about an impending snow storm coming in over a week in advance and you end up starting your Sunday sessions 4 hrs late? Could see that if it came out of nowhere, but the entire state new about it we'll ahead of time.... more
My daughter was enrolled in gymnastics for a 9 week session. Her teacher was awful. She showed obvious favoritism towards the kids who were better gymnasts. Instead of getting down and actually helping the kids learn how to do cartwheels and whatnot, she just showed them how she does them and expected them to just magically learn how to do it by just watching her.... more
