Your gym is closed due to the pandemic and your website says that payments will be stopped until you are open again. It also states that it is the individual franchise owner's responsibility to stop these automatic payments if they aren't controlled by the headquartered office.... more

Daughter had an indoor track meet there. I thought it was a expensive to get in and watch her compete. Didn't know we had to pay to get in and there was no ATM machine there but glad we had 16 dollars to get in on us.... more

The staff is always great to work with!.Was at March Meltdown and was very unimpressed with how American Gold Gymnastics handled the weather situation. You know about an impending snow storm coming in over a week in advance and you end up starting your Sunday sessions 4 hrs late? Could see that if it came out of nowhere, but the entire state new about it we'll ahead of time.... more
My daughter was enrolled in gymnastics for a 9 week session. Her teacher was awful. She showed obvious favoritism towards the kids who were better gymnasts. Instead of getting down and actually helping the kids learn how to do cartwheels and whatnot, she just showed them how she does them and expected them to just magically learn how to do it by just watching her.... more
They refuse to cancel memberships and just keep charging you..My husband had a membership here. Tried to cancel it, but still continues to be charged! We are beyond frustrated, and the couple times we were able to speak with someone from the Broadway location they were not helpful.... more
