Rob knows what he's doing. I would highly suggest this gym to anyone..If I could give 6 starts, I would. The conditions and equipment may be better in other gyms, but in other places such personalized training that takes into account your body strengths and weaknesses you will never get.... more

By far the best clubs in Greensboro. Staff is top notch. The remodeled pool is the nicest pool I have ever seen. I have been a member since November and love everything about the place.... more
Their prices are a rip off. They have a lot of hidden fees & they make it difficult to terminate your membership. I would highly recommend finding another gym for membership..A great place to work out, on your own schedule at almost any time of day, for very low cost.... more

Same as other complaints in the past. Don't listen to you. Will not follow up when you call them. Keep taking your money after you quit. Too many people congested in a small area. Find a different gym!!!.... more

What a gym. Uncg wasted no expense on this place. Thanks for making it so great..Super nice but such a far and dangerous walk from campus..Good for UNCG students. Others need to pay $100 per semester or $8 per days.... more
