My massage with Caity was fantastic! She took time to get to know my needs and request how I wanted my massage to go. She applied great pressure and checked in throughout the hour to make sure I was getting what I wanted! Highly Recommend :)

Truly a wonderful place of healing. When I was in pain they made it easy for me to set my initial appointment up; it was always easy and hassle-free. My therapist was knowledgeable, personable, and most of all effective. Absolutely recommended.

Very comfortable atmosphere. Listen and explain everything. No frustration like I have always felt when leaving a doctor where all they ever did were tests with no answers

I highly recommend Aaron LeBauer PT! Their treatments are hands on...no meds, injections or surgery! I received multiple wrong diagnosises, unnecessary treatments from other doctors. The doctor I was going to said my neck discs were the issue causing shoulders, arms, hands and wrists to have pain. I was also told I needed a MRI and possible surgery. After my first visit with Dr. Shelton I called and cancelled the MRI and Dr. Shelton advised me that my neck is not the issue and did not need meds or surgery. I have had 2 of 5 visits with Dr. Shelton and I am very glad to be his patient. He has given me hope that I will feel better and I am going to a doctor that is knowledgeable. It is a comfort going to a doctor that is not guessing about how to treat you and giving pills that only make you feel worse. I tell all I see that I know are in pain to just call and discuss your concerns and needs with Aaron LeBauer staff and you will be glad you did.

I've been listening to his podcast and love it! I recently had my first clinical experience as a physical therapy student and felt that the things I had learned about from him and those he interviewed helped me so much to see the bigger picture of how to be a good therapist.

This place is amazing, I feel so silly for waiting so long. After dealing with chronic neck and shoulder pain for more than a year, I can't believe how NORMAL I feel after only 3 sessions. Thank you to everyone! This place is great!

I have been ignoring occasional shoulder, back, and hip pain for several years, but this summer it finally got to the point where I was unable to get to sleep because I couldn't get comfortable. I decided to give physical therapy a try before anything else, figuring it might not help me, but wouldn't have any nasty side effects either. The results exceeded my expectations. Dr. Nielsen was patient and knowledgeable. Within two weeks the therapy and exercises he prescribed had restored my shoulder to a pain-free state. The hip pain took another four weeks; the back pain disappeared somewhere along the way. I am able to sleep comfortably and have been able to start jogging, hiking, and gardening again. Thank you Dr. Nielsen!

Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Sarah was able to get me in on very short notice and Dr. Nielsen addressed the issues I was having directly and explained things in an way that was easy to understand.

After a lifetime of physical work, sports, and random abuse, activities and movement which never bothered me had, in my late fifties, begun to leave me with muscle and joint soreness and progressively restricted movement. At sixty-five, this has evolved into persistent back and neck pain exacerbated by doing things I love. I had also developed what seemed to be an intermittent excruciating leg nerve pain. I had begun to accept these as a given. My wife, who had worked with the physical therapists at LeBauer, suggested I try physical therapy.
Going once a week, I'm six weeks into therapy. The expertise and analytical skills of the therapists at LeBauer are remarkable! Movement, inability to move, my posture, flexibility, tightness and soreness, and narrative physical history provided my therapists with insight which guided their approach to treatment, as well as them training me in approaches I might take to furthering my own improvement. No pharmaceuticals, not the first suggestion of surgical remedy, just focused understanding of my physical fingerprint and how and where to address myofascial remedy. Remarkable!

I had my first visit to LeBauer Physical Therapy today. I was very impress by the professionalism of the office. Every aspect was done very professional. I left felling that I have accomplished my goal of less pain. If you have pain, you need not be in pain, call them.

I was experiencing sharp hip pain and it was becoming increasingly difficult to walk and maintain an active life. After one dry needling session with Dr. Aaron LeBauer I am pain free and was able to enjoy yoga, a long bike ride and walking within 24 hours after my treatment. He was able to locate and treat my hip flexor muscles that were causing the pain. Dr. LeBauer has an incredible understanding of anatomy, physiology, how to best treat your pain, what caused it to happen and what exercises to do at home to help strengthen and balance out your body to avoid future injury. I I highly recommend him!!

Lucky for me I tried physical therapy first. Dr. LeBauer and Dr. Nielsen have done an amazing job at correcting the deficits I had that were contributing to my pain and showing me how to manage my pain at home. I feel so much better and can do activities that I hadn't been able to in years. It has been life changing for me. The whole staff is so patient and caring. I highly recommend seeing them if you are in pain.

Unfortunately, I am limited to only 5 stars... Aaron is such a talented, insightful and caring human, and medical practitioner. After experiencing years of pain, I felt relief and continued improvement after my first visit (before even leaving the office), and can now even treat myself if pain does start to manifest!!
Aaron uses hands on therapy, coupled with a prescription of customized exercises empowering the patient to affect the healing process, and ultimately take control of their pain.
I'm doing things I've been unable to do in years without pain, and am working towards doing extreme activities I never thought I'd be able to do again with Aaron's mindful help and guidance. Aaron's practice uses a model that does not limit his interaction and effectiveness like most medical practitioners (who are usually spread between multiple clients and limited to ~ 15 minutes of dedicated 1:1 time). It's not "co-pay cheap" but, I'm beyond satisfied paying full price to get immediate results vs. paying lingering co-pay costs with indefinite pain.
My treatment with Aaron has been worth every dollar and minute I spend, and I see it as an investment in my long term health and quality of life! Make an appointment if you're frustrated with pain, loss of activities and a limited life... Aaron will shoot straight and set you up with a realistic plan to work towards your goals, what ever they may be.

I just finished treatment with LeBauer Physical Therapy and I'm pain free and back to every single activity that was previously limited by my injury.
When I initially contacted the office to set up an appointment, they were very accommodating with my schedule. During my one-on-one treatment sessions it was quite obvious how patient and caring the therapist was and this created a perfect environment for healing.
One specific thing to mention was how they tailored the treatment plan based on my improvements and needs, not on a 'one size fits all' approach. Every time I walked through the door they greeted me with a smile and immediately wanted to know how I was feeling, which makes you feel welcome as well as motivates you to work hard.
Throughout my visits I was provided with handouts that clearly explained the exercises that were added to my treatment plan. Now, even though my session have ended, I have a collection of activities that will allow me to stay healthy and prevent further issues from arising.
Thank you all so much, it was a pleasure!!

Definitely worth the investment. I have seen other physical therapists in town, and the quality of care at LeBauer Physical Therapy is superior. They offer amazing therapeutic massage as well.
