Congrats on 16 years of running the most professional and approachable personal training company in the Triad! You walk in and immediately this gym smells good, the hand towels are rolled just so, and they use high quality products in the bathrooms. It is immaculately maintained, and they make sure that everyone that works here is at the top of their field. There is a reason that most of the clients here have been coming back for all 16 years!
