I completed the KMA 6-week challenge, and was able to successfully complete it losing 6.7% body fat. The facilities are awesome, the instructors are all amazing experts, and you get a lot of support from the team and fellow members! The only downsides are the higher price tag for a class and the fact that the a/c isn't very strong for hot summer days. Other than that, the staff is friendly, the teachers are kind and well-informed, the spaces are decked out, there are lockers and showers, and they even sell really soft yoga clothes.... more

Love this place!! Gio is spectacular! I miss the cozy couch.... I don't like the blue color anywhere... It doesnt feel right!. Fly power is awesome with Marc and the studio is clean... onlyyyy downside is there is only 1 shower for the entire place. Good sized studio and a great class. Only con is there are no locker rooms, and there's only one shower so this isn't a good option for people who want to work out before work.... more
