Such a great studio and staff. I needed a place to train while I was visiting family and friends over the holidays. This was a fantastic fit to keep me on track and motivated.. This place is totally a scam. The owner is unfriendly and judgemental. The gym has almost nothing, costs $200 a month, and a personal trainer costs additional $100 with student 'discount'.... more
I only have 1 month since I enroll in their 2 classes per week program and I love it. They have various programs: cycling, kickboxing, zumba, boot camp, guns and bums... I have tried zumba only because I love dancing and the energy is amazing.... more

GREAT PLACE: I have been going to this Crunch Hoboken for years. They continually update equipment, have great classes, and very knowledgeable staff. The facility is really first class with sauna, steam, and showers.... more
Great workout! Great music! Great coaches!. Website forces you to disable adblock and enable cookies before you can login and pay for a class. Other than that Mile High is great. It's just such a pain to have to figure out which extension to disable so I can login to sign up for a class.... more

Dropped in for a beginner BJJ class while visiting from Houston. Paid $40 to drop in and $10 for gi rental which pretty reasonable considering the classes offered. I was warmly welcomed by Jason, a brown belt at the academy who also offered a tour of the facility and was interested in getting to know the school I was visiting from and even knew some of the team from my home school.... more
For all reasons I could find best in a studio, cleaning, awesome instructors, good front desk attendant, good locker room, great location.. I took Hot HIIT and it was absolutely incredible! One of the hardest classes I've ever taken and the teacher was so welcoming, friendly, and encouraging!... more
