Such a great studio and staff. I needed a place to train while I was visiting family and friends over the holidays. This was a fantastic fit to keep me on track and motivated..I've tried yoga studios all around Manhattan & Brooklyn, this is by far my favorite! I absolutely LOVE this studio!!!!! Can't say enough great things about it! All of the instructors are super friendly and knowledgable. They create such an enjoyable workout experience and I always leave feeling so energized! I usually go to the Bikram Yoga and Inferno Hot Pilates classes.... more

Best gym best coach.My kids are love this plase! Teacher is high quality master. Knows each student very well. Paying attention to everyone..Great boxing gym. Best in Brooklyn. Individual work with everyone, even though you are total zero in boxing, the couch will dedicate his time to work with u and ur problems.... more
This place is totally a scam. The owner is unfriendly and judgemental. The gym has almost nothing, costs $200 a month, and a personal trainer costs additional $100 with student 'discount'.... more
I only have 1 month since I enroll in their 2 classes per week program and I love it. They have various programs: cycling, kickboxing, zumba, boot camp, guns and bums... I have tried zumba only because I love dancing and the energy is amazing.... more

Out of all of the fitness classes I've been to, BeFitNYC is my favorite! I love how encouraging and helpful all of the instructors are. Every time I come to the studio, it's a different workout and the hour flies by!.... more

GREAT PLACE: I have been going to this Crunch Hoboken for years. They continually update equipment, have great classes, and very knowledgeable staff. The facility is really first class with sauna, steam, and showers.... more

Great workout! Great music! Great coaches!.Website forces you to disable adblock and enable cookies before you can login and pay for a class. Other than that Mile High is great. It's just such a pain to have to figure out which extension to disable so I can login to sign up for a class.... more
Dropped in for a beginner BJJ class while visiting from Houston. Paid $40 to drop in and $10 for gi rental which pretty reasonable considering the classes offered. I was warmly welcomed by Jason, a brown belt at the academy who also offered a tour of the facility and was interested in getting to know the school I was visiting from and even knew some of the team from my home school.... more
For all reasons I could find best in a studio, cleaning, awesome instructors, good front desk attendant, good locker room, great location..I took Hot HIIT and it was absolutely incredible! One of the hardest classes I've ever taken and the teacher was so welcoming, friendly, and encouraging!.... more

Great experience here at Jai, the instructors are great and I left feeling so refreshed and zen and they give you tea at the end of your practice! Definitely recommend.Jai is a lovely studio to practice in.... more
