Friendly staff, relaxed atmostphere, and great classes. There are private and semi-private classes who are helpful and aim to help you meet your goal. They have small promotions often and bigger ones near big holidays. It's a small place but has enough equipment for a workout. Its very comfortable and I can focus without distractions. I never liked the idea of going to gyms for concern of being stared at, but this is a women only gym so it eases my worries.

Very good place for working out, great classes and very supportive team. Very talented and energetic trainers. I get very motivated when I get out of their classes. Highly recommend

How personable everyone is! Culture is grown from executives. Kristy is clearly the positive wave of energy that flows through her staff!

Everyone was very kind, helpful and caring. I was able to exercise and if I had any questions someone was sure to help me. The classes were amazing as well, I lost so much weight and the instructors were very friendly.

I have now been a member at Alana for almost three years. I have worked twice weekly with a personal trainer due to concerns about issues with stenosis, sciatica and arthritis. I am now in better shape than I was three years ago. The staff at Alana are all pleasant to be around and very respectful. Michelle has listened to my concerns and has worked with my trainer, Elba (Cookie) to modify my program, when necessary. Thank You also to Sara, Kaila and Corrine for always having smiles on their faces and a willingness to listen and just to chat.

The staff at Alana Life & Fitness are extremely pleasant and helpful. I enjoy my workouts here and their classes are amazing. Zumba classes are very energetic. Yoga classes are relaxing when you need that extra stretch. The trainers are very knowlegeable in what you need to reach your goal. I would recommend this gym to all women. There is a level of comfort while working out which is great. Oh and also a sauna for your achy muscles.

Became a member in May of 2016. I signed a 1 year contract under the pretenses that they would soon have a day care ( I had a 1 month old at the time). As time progressed, I soon realized that I was only told that so I can sign the contract. Needless to say, I was stuck here for a year.

The gym is clean, they offer a lot classes but it is very small. I ended up getting a personal trainer and a lot of our sessions kept getting interrupted because members taking a class were using the equipment I was using. During busy times it is definitely overcrowded.

The personal trainers are fantastic. I couldn't of met a more wonderful group of trainers who truly enjoy what they do.

The reason for my 2 stars is that this gym is SUPER SUPER expensive. You do not get your monies worth. There is always a fee attached to extra activities you want to do. So you have to pay that on top of your membership. Trust me, you will pay over $80/mo. They require you take a tour before they give you the membership. There is also a $200 sign up fee which they call a "KIT." Basically, they just give you an empty binder for you to log your weight loss. They constantly call trying to get you to sign up for classes. They are aggressive and just try to sell you anything they can.

Most importantly, how can you say you are a gym that supports women yet don't have a day care? I suggest spending less money on spin bikes and ellipticals and invest in a day care. Many of us have children and are left to join other gyms we might not like but have to because it is cheaper and childcare is provided- for way way less money.

I do not recommend this gym. Glad my contract is over.

I love this fitness center! I joined just three months ago and have had terrific experiences. I take Pilates classes and have tried Zumba, cycling, and TRX so far. I am also taking person training sessions each week with very attentive, patient, and knowledgeable professionals. Added bonus - always and friendly smile from the staff at the front desk.

A women's only gym. Slightly more expensive then other gyms in the area, but it is less busy, cleaner, and has good classes.
