The place has gotten worse of the years. The coaches are bad and dictate your child. Would NOT recommend to ANYONE. Do not waste your time and money here. You are better off training your kids alone.
Excellent trainers and staff overall great just need to get use to the manly oder and you will be fine
It's in a basement...as soon as i got in I felt the smell like when one doesn't clean up his/her restroom....you can tell from a mile away that this place needs some work!!! They charge 170 dollars not cheap, I think it's a decent price but when it comes to cleanliness the owner or the one in charge doesn't really care...how about mopping up the floor or doing something so the smell is gone!!!
When it's you anniversary..so I can donate a mop, or windex.. deodorizers....lmk...
Many thanks to the KCF team. Had a great time at the gym and learned a lot.

Great coaches, great gym. Highly recommend.
Excellent instructor in Dave. There was a lot of banter but when it was time to train and learn the entire class took note. I learned a lot and had a blast! I'll definitely be back
Great environment to train and work out in! Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging! The instructors are caring and motivating as well!
I love this gym so much. I've trained at most of the Muay Thai gyms in NYC, but this place is truly special, not least because of their world class strength training program. Between Dave Wai Moy's fantastic Muay Thai coaching, Andrew Rivera's strength program, and the amazing team mates at every level, it's really hard to imagine a better place to train!
