A difficult but awesome workout! Great combo of cardio on the treadmill and strength training with weights and bands. You can make modifications according to your fitness level and the loud music and energetic instructions motivate you to keep going. The locker rooms get a bit jam packed between classes in the evening, so arrive early if you need to get changed. Also, be sure to reserve your class well in advance since slots get booked up quickly, especially for the early evening classes.
