I do not like to write poor reviews, ever. But I feel like since I can't get a response from this company, maybe everyone else should know what they are getting themselves into before agreeing to take courses with them.
I was signed up to start training at a local studio that partnered with Power Pilates. 4 days before the scheduled training I received an email from a lady with Power Pilates saying the were going to move the training to do the rain date. When I emailed and inquired why, it took me emailing twice before a response and then I was told it was because not enough people signed up. I just found out it was actually because the studio hosting the training just went under new ownership and the new owner did not wish to use Power Pilates as training. I emailed several times in the course of the past month asking for updates on if the training was still going to happen ... Here I am a week out and I fully paid for this training and I can't get a single person to respond to me about the training. I have asked for a refund repeatedly because when I signed up for this training I was under the impression it was going to be with the Pilates studio I signed up under, plus its just become a complete mess and I don't want to do business with a company who feels they can lie to their customers. I am SO unhappy and have begged for them to just refund me and let me move on and no one will answer.
I urge you to look elsewhere before paying this company a dime. They do not have your best interest and you will never get anyone to respond to you.
Sorry for the negative blast, I wish the company the best and hope they can learn to do whats best and honest for their customers. It's truly a shame.

I was not ever made aware that there was new ownership - I called Power Pilates and the girl over the phone said this was happening and probably why no one has responded back to me. THEN Samantha emailed me and I was "told" finance department will be reaching out to me in regards to my refund and then since that email I have heard crickets. See my photos for proof. The company doesn't answer my phone calls, they don't respond back to my emails, they are literally stealing money. I am going to have to extensive measures to attempt getting my $550. The sad thing is, I am literally a 26 year old, just trying to work and all I wanted was Pilates training and it turned into this mess.
READ MY EMAILS. Take my advice. This has been the worse experience of my life. I have never had a company just take your money and not give it back when they did not live up to their agreement.
They never once have contacted me and communicated me. I have emails on emails to prove this.
This is heartbreaking and so stressful. I can't believe another human would treat someone like this.
