Clean and new but need to fix the sound insulation in the workout studio. I only go for the classes and there's nothing worse than trying to take a yoga class with pounding clubbing music coming through the windows.... more
Great place to work out. Usually packed. Been coming here for 5byears. Unfortunately, my locker was broken into and $140 in cash was stolen from my wallet. Filed a report but there was nothing the staff can do.... more
The classes are small but impactful. I work out with a smile. The instructors know their craft well. All this gym is missing is a pool and sauna.. The rudest staff I have ever encountered... more

Great Muay Thai training! Mario creates a welcoming environment for novices as well as advanced athletes, and his technique ques are spot on and extremely helpful. As a cherry on top, class prices are very reasonable, too.... more
One of the best gyms in queens it has really great equipment and the parking situation is really great if you like a old school hard-core gym this is the place you want to go it is very clean as well too and it also has a punching bag.... more

If you are a member of Brooklyn boulders and a new climber, I would recommend the queensbridge location. Although this has some v1,v2 level climbs, I think it swings more towards the advanced climber.... more

The lockers are so small, and the teenagers there are really rude and have very dirty mouths even when there are little ones around with parents. 8 was shocked at their conversations!.... more
My favorite location. I travel out of my way from the last stops of the Bronx train all the way down here for a good work out session. I can't tell you how clean and how respectful the staff is here.... more
