Fantastic facility with talented teachers.. The worst studio in NYC. The teachers are often late, bring friends , and are often unprofessional. On top of that, people at the front desk often barely speak any English.... more

Beautiful and very clean. Friendly staff. They have plenty of equipment of same type, you can use one machine all day long with out any disturbance. Their trainers are good actually so good and they have nice and clean place too.... more

The gym is good but the staff are not clear enough about the plans you sign to. I added my mother to use a guest pass and ended up being a total rip off. Oh and there is no refund either.... more
Location was what felt like an office complex. Lots of turns to get here. No designated parking & had to circle around in what we assumed was a mall parking. Staff wasn't friendly but more indifferent.... more
This place is awesome. I went there for the first time last Wednesday to the 7:30pm class. The people that work there are friendly and willing to help in any way possible. The instructor took the time to walk around the room and give everyone tips to help them out.... more
The gym is small, group training sucks over there might as well just pay for the gym fee of by yourself. Trainers barely train you. Your basically learning from other amatuer fighters or ppl that go to the gym.... more
love this location and the energy here such good vibes!!!. Make sure you know this is UNSQ not 19th Street. This is one of the original studios. Even though it's not the biggest in terms of space; or locker room it gets really good instructors because of its central location.... more

Clean gym. Really nice equipment. It has everything you need. Has a sauna too with one towel included, that's pretty sweet. You can go in the tanning booth, hydro massage, and there is a smoothie area to get your sweet protein on! Really nice gym.... more
