Great place to be. Very clean, no frills, perfect for getting in and out. They updated their layout which is much more friendly to weightlifters.. this gym is cheap and convenient for me, but i'm not sure i'd recommend it.... more

I held my daughter's first birthday party in Michelle's studio and it was the perfect venue! The music package offered was great and made party planning easy. Ms. Tiffany provided music entertainment and did an exceptional job engaging our tiny guests- I think there were 20 kids/babies! I would recommend MTY for both yoga and as a party venue.... more
I was made very welcome as a guest from London. I attended 5 days in a row. This is a lovely yoga community with great energy. The prices are very good too.. Best studio ever! I started Bikram Yoga in a different state before moving to NYC.... more
I love this gym! One thing that i think is definitely over looked is their hard-working housekeeping staff. The place looks great and they are always cleaning. A clean gym is really important to me.... more

Highly recommended. Instructors know their job and students have positive attitude. I encourage people to join to practice 2-3 times per week to get results. I gained more muscles in 2-3 weeks drinking protein shakes before the exercise.... more
