My daughter visited. I recall her stating that she was the only female there. Perhaps they did not have many female patrons. The guys there were a bit "overly" observatory.. Probably my best gym experience ever, both in equipment upkeep and culture.... more

Great place. They sell Herbalife smoothies and teas, plus a few other health food snacks. I've gone there maybe five times and had the peanut butter smoothie, the key lime, and the yogurt/smoothie fruit parfait.... more

Great people work there. Home of College Of Saint Mary Flames. It is a nice venue to watch athletes at their best, many are local athletes. Talent is increasing so you will get a competitive game.... more

This is a great gym. The best place to workout downtown. You can use the gym whenever you want and the management and staff really prioritize customer service.. I have been a member at this Gym for 6 years when Tanya and her team took over the place was in need of a major remodel by knocking down walls and applying fresh ideas.... more
