The studio is amazing and virtually makes it even easier to attend classes at anytime! All the teachers here are amazing and have a true passion for yoga and teaching!

This place is amazing. Power yoga needs a lot of focus and the instructors guide you all the way through it. The place itself carries a positive vibe around it which I haven't experienced in other studios. Outside the studio, I am able to lift heavier weights and run longer than usual with less fatigue at the end. It has been a close to life changing experience for me. Definitely recommend you guys to try it out and experience it yourselves. Cheers!

It took me several years in Omaha to find this great mix of soothing yoga space and fabulous instructors. Suzanne is wonderful and has excellent special events as well.

I've been with OPY over four years and greatly appreciate the educated instructors who not only are fundamentally grounded with yoga postures, but also focus on the mind-body connection. I originally started yoga to help with physical balance and strength, but now I go to strengthen my mind and realize the why of life....

Omaha Power Yoga is a mindfulness experience. Suzanne narrates what is physically happening to your body. Her promptings help me think about what exactly my bones, muscles and mind are doing and what potential there is in making small adjustments. This translates into living experiences as well. There is a philosophical and spiritual component to her practice that is thoughtfully presented and powerfully absorbed. She understands the body and the mind and offers a soulful approach to breath and movement Thank you OPY and Suzanne for providing this opportunity!

Wonderful yoga studio! Every class is amazing, all the instructors are fabulous. I've always had a wonderful experience during the classes and workshops. I highly recommend this studio.
