Best work out period. I was leery about the infrared technology but I can tell I'm less sore after a red effect class compared to going to a regular gym. The heart monitor brings out a competitive side and pushes me to work out harder.... more
Wonderful coaches. So happy I switched my daughter here..The coaches and staff are amazing my granddaughter is a cheerleader and me and my husband have been blessed to get to know some of the parents and staff through my daughter and they are amazing people the gym it self is very clean well kept and maintained I'm so glad my granddaughter is apart of such a great group where they are more like family .... more

Pretty nice gym. The facilities are nice - not the fanciest, but good enough. Employees are friendly. There are plenty of classes to join. The spin classes are fun..There is a good mix of cardio and strength equipment, plenty of gym and court space, and an outdoor pool.... more

A nice enough gym but it is small. Crowded and not enough space, not a very long track , and not a great variety of exercise equipment..Nice looking place to check out while im on vacation even though its nothing to do in lansing but where im from in NJ ymca charges $5 for any non members adults.... more

Do not sign up to any of their gyms! They take money even after you cancel your account. I have friends who also had this problem..The Better Business Bureau has them listed as an "F" now.... more
