Best work out period. I was leery about the infrared technology but I can tell I'm less sore after a red effect class compared to going to a regular gym. The heart monitor brings out a competitive side and pushes me to work out harder
It is, by far, the best use of my time for a workout. I test my body in different ways each workout, no workout is ever the same, and I walk out of there burning 950+ calories every time with continuous burn for the next 36 hours with EPOC.
Trainers are great, management is great, the other clients are great. Love going here!

Did not think I would like it, but was blown away by the workout and the detoxification from the infrared therapy. Prepare to sweat and get the best workout you can in less then an hour.
