Do not sign up to any of their gyms! They take money even after you cancel your account. I have friends who also had this problem.
The Better Business Bureau has them listed as an "F" now. Go Workout breaches their own contract, charges you amounts that you did not sign a contract for, continue to charge you, and act in bad faith. Do not ever sign a membership for Go Workout. Go to a more reputable gym.
The equipment is not repaired, the workout floor is warped an the showers do not seem to get cleaned, but it is women only an the hot sub an steam sauna are great
Very small. Machines look like they're from the 80's. Couldn't hardly get the pins to go in and out because they were so rusted. Moved an entire machine sideways trying to adjust the back on it because it was so stuck. Only good thing is the place appears to have a small pool and hot tub. Overall the entire place is pretty pathetic so I'm not surprised there were only two other people in there.

This could be a goldmine in the area, because it gives women a place of their own to work out. However, the facility is not kept up and gets worse each time I go in. The showers and locker room are in serious need of attention and upkeep! The ceiling in the workout area is constantly leaking--last time I was there (5 days ago) several machines were out of order, paper towel and bowls/buckets were all over the floor collecting moisture. I haven't had any of the billing problems to which others refer. I really wish Go Workout would invest in this facility to bring it to its full potential!!

Woman's only, enjoy the classes, super friendly staff they have a free 7 day trial aswell, if you come in with the flyer you get a discount when you sign up. They have great amenities and facilities pool, hot tub, sona, steam room, showers, locker room, alot of equipment, thier childcare isn't up and running just yet. Thier classes are : water aerobics, kickboxing, water Zumba, yoga, Zumba, core & more and they are in the evenings 5:30-7:30 one hour each class.
Sometimes they have female fitness trainers, Sometimes not. they haven't found one who will stick around, for the liw minimum wage, just yet. The fitness trainers are about $40 per session and you will have to pay for the fitness sessions ontop of the monthly gym fee, unless you have the fitness trainer 3+ times a week.
The main lady is really sweet, but super busy so she often forgets important things(like you'll be out if town and need to pause your contract for that time), especially if you talk on the phone. You have to make sure they write it down or put it in the computer in front of you or it won't get done.

Very well clean, machines are great. Love the steam room. Really glad I choose this place. Go workout on Edgewood even has childcare
The appeal to this one is that it's all women and across the street from my house. The yoga teacher is really great alsl. They took away the childcare and the machines aren't always working.
I love working out there! We are all realsupportive and inspiring to one another! This place is a life saver am so grateful for this place!!!
Great atmosphere, could use some updating in a few areas (yucky showerheads in pool area).
The gym was nice besides equipment being broken for long periods of time and the staff not answering questions to the best of their ability. They "accidentally" tell you false information regarding billing and then can't help you when they screw it up. Some people don't even get billed every month and some get billed multiple times, it's annoying.
No pricing information listed on their website. I emailed them asking for more information and never heard back. Disappointing.
I really love this gym! It makes me feel so comfortable to workout, and the staff is always so nice!
I love this gym! i can get in and get out AND they have a nice pool, tanning and daycare! Can't ask for much more.
New equipment, not super busy at the time I came, I like that they have a sauna and steam room, as well as Jacuzzi and a pool!

Ticks Tricks, Tricks! This Go Work Out Only Women in Frandor makes contracts, collect for whole year assuring no other costs till the end of the 2nd year. Well, WRONG, they just started collecting another $50 called equipment maintenance fees, whether you use their equipment or not! Rip Off! I did pay for the whole year, actually for 13 months already after I was assured no more charges till the end of the contact and only charges for renewal. This is the third gym in this location playing tricks on people, not allowing clients reading the very small size letters on the contracts full of hidden costs! They just get people's signature with verbal assurance of no more fees!! Also, not a clean gym, you see ruches all over around the pool and the bathroom! Also, too much chlorine fading the colors of bathing suites, well bad for skin! Too many Muslim ladies getting to the pool with their daily cloths on and head cover on without taking showers! All the gym wants is attracting new members. Much more!
