I started Boot Camp 30 through one of their 6wk challenge programs and figured I would just use it as a jump start on my weight loss goals, then switch to working out at home or in a traditional gym again. After a couple of weeks of the classes, I really started to enjoy it. I added on an additional 30days and then enrolled in a one year membership. I love starting my days with my Boot Camp 30 class. I work hard, but leave feeling energized and ready to start my day. I have never been a very physically active or athletic person, so I have never worked out with the intensity of Boot Camp 30, but I love it! I enjoy having different trainers with different styles, and they all mix up their routines so it doesn't get boring. It's an intense workout, but they work with people to meet you where you're at and modify it to your physical ability until you get stronger.
