Best work out period. I was leery about the infrared technology but I can tell I'm less sore after a red effect class compared to going to a regular gym. The heart monitor brings out a competitive side and pushes me to work out harder.... more

Pretty nice gym. The facilities are nice - not the fanciest, but good enough. Employees are friendly. There are plenty of classes to join. The spin classes are fun.. There is a good mix of cardio and strength equipment, plenty of gym and court space, and an outdoor pool.... more

For being called "Just B" yoga, me and my friend hard a time just being ourselves here, which was really dissapointing.. we had to park on a side street and as soon as we got out of our we got harrassed by some guy on his porch -- ALL of it, from LGBTQ and allies yoga classes, trauma-informed yoginis, and even classes designed to include folks with more curves and those over 40.... more
A nice enough gym but it is small. Crowded and not enough space, not a very long track , and not a great variety of exercise equipment.. Nice looking place to check out while im on vacation even though its nothing to do in lansing but where im from in NJ ymca charges $5 for any non members adults.... more
Is it really necessary to play the music so loud I can hear it outside the building? Please be more conscientious of the other mall patrons.. I'm a fan of the inspiring and fun atmosphere.... more
Too expensive. Great staff, nice equipment, comfortable locker rooms, beautiful landscaping, and good for those doing just a little fitness maintenance as well as those more dedicated to a fitness life style!... more
I miss it so much. I wish you could open a branch in the Frankfurt/Germany area. I have not found anything even similar over here. You are the most wonderful feel-good yoga place!. I liked my experience when I went here, I do agree with other reviews on the lack of regular sanitary care.... more
Do not sign up to any of their gyms! They take money even after you cancel your account. I have friends who also had this problem.. The Better Business Bureau has them listed as an "F" now.... more
