Adding to my review, it is now March, Friday the 13th 2020 and traveled to other LTF and ALLEN still holds on to their low ranking. Corona grows more incense. ALLEN does look like they cleaned up all the gross hair but not doing good to show a presence upstairs constantly cleaning.... more
My mom has been a member since 2009 and the staff is super nice. But the kid center is a bit outdated. The used to have iPads in there but the removed them. Either way the staff in there is nice.... more
I liked this gym but had to cancel my membership due to having asthma and being higher risk to CV. I had paid $160 and went for 2 weeks :( . No partial refund given. I asked to put my membership on hold and was also told I have to pay $15 a month till I re open it.... more
The gym regularly fails to open on time. At least once, if not several times per week, no one shows up to open at 5 am. If you're lucky, they come in 5, 10, 20 minutes late. Highly inconvenient for people trying to use the gym before heading to work.... more
Great gym to belong to the instructors here care soo much for you and if you have an issue they are ready to help you out but just depends on what it is tho. Spacious clean all the time awesome events they put on and awesome yoga classes too!!!!.... more
I have been unable to reach anyone at this gym via phone or email. Also, good luck with wait times to use machines. Many members sit on the machines and stay on their phones.. Good place !!... more
Love this gym and couldn't go anywhere else. They clean it every night and thoroughly keep gym equipment organized. Lifetimes do have a reputation for being this way and I can say it holds true.... more

Great gym. Clean gym with a good layout. Friendly staff. Expensive. Best feature is the open area that includes racks, push sled, ropes, and tires to flip.. Has a decent amount of gym equipment and a sauna.... more
This place used to be a 10 out of 10. Until they stopped making this place 24 hours. Also they try to shill you stuff you dont need like trainer courses and more. Also the guest pass mechanics are super hard to understand.... more

Another really nice 'gold' level club, lots of amenities. The two-level locker room seems weird, but maybe it's because I don't use the tennis facilities on the lower level. Pool is small, but I like the layout of the weight/machine area and the fitness studios are nice.... more

Wow... I had heard good things about Lifetime and have been to a few of them as a guest several years ago. Seem to be great facilities, so I am looking into joining with my wife; but after reading multiple reviews with detailed complaints and seeing how Management even when they respond, are basically saying "sorry not sorry".... more
I have worked here for 18 years now. The place is big with a lot of equipment so waiting on something is uncommon. The Personal Trainers are very good and are current with all training methods.... more
The UA Lifetime is amazing. Great classes and an amazing staff!. Lifetime Fitness is my first love. Ive been teaching spinning/cycling there for 22 years. I am teaching at the Henderson Road location on thursdays at 6pm in a couple weeks, please come see me.... more
