I'm not sure what there is to not like about this place. They have top-notch classes, facilities and the pools are huge. We're a big fan of the daycare and outdoor pool. People of all levels work out here.... more
Rock wall is amazing for kids to use. Facilities are well maintained. Locker rooms are very nice. There is plenty of equipment to use. Kids club has numerous activities. Pool is spacious and well maintained.... more
I love this gym! I just canceled my Gold's Gym and joined this gym. I used to train here 5 years ago, but moved to another city. I'm back and I'm loving my experience here! I feel like I'm at a days spa when I'm not training, and I feel like a professional athlete when I am training.... more
I liked this gym but had to cancel my membership due to having asthma and being higher risk to CV. I had paid $160 and went for 2 weeks : is not included. I asked specifically about freezing my account as I travel for work and was told I could do that at any time.... more
Adding to my review, it is now March, Friday the 13th 2020 and traveled to other LTF and ALLEN still holds on to their low ranking. Corona grows more incense. ALLEN does look like they cleaned up all the gross hair but not doing good to show a presence upstairs constantly cleaning.... more
My mom has been a member since 2009 and the staff is super nice. But the kid center is a bit outdated. The used to have iPads in there but the removed them. Either way the staff in there is nice.... more
Terrible staff. Dirty area EVENTHO they seem to appear walking vacuuming.Dirt is visible under all of the machines piles of dust and hair. Also the air vents are covered in dirt and dust.... more
The gym regularly fails to open on time. At least once, if not several times per week, no one shows up to open at 5 am. If you're lucky, they come in 5, 10, 20 minutes late. Highly inconvenient for people trying to use the gym before heading to work.... more
I love this place. They maintain their courts well, the staff is friendly, and the teaching pros are excellent..Excellent staff. New wind breakers are needed. Wood walkways are in need of replacement.... more
Great gym to belong to the instructors here care soo much for you and if you have an issue they are ready to help you out but just depends on what it is tho. Spacious clean all the time awesome events they put on and awesome yoga classes too!!!!.... more

Another really nice 'gold' level club, lots of amenities. The two-level locker room seems weird, but maybe it's because I don't use the tennis facilities on the lower level. Pool is small, but I like the layout of the weight/machine area and the fitness studios are nice.... more

Wow... I had heard good things about Lifetime and have been to a few of them as a guest several years ago. Seem to be great facilities, so I am looking into joining with my wife; but after reading multiple reviews with detailed complaints and seeing how Management even when they respond, are basically saying "sorry not sorry".... more

Love this gym and couldn't go anywhere else. They clean it every night and thoroughly keep gym equipment organized. Lifetimes do have a reputation for being this way and I can say it holds true.... more
Great gym. Clean gym with a good layout. Friendly staff. Expensive. Best feature is the open area that includes racks, push sled, ropes, and tires to flip..Has a decent amount of gym equipment and a sauna.... more
I have been unable to reach anyone at this gym via phone or email. Also, good luck with wait times to use machines. Many members sit on the machines and stay on their phones..Good place !!.... more
