Great gym to belong to the instructors here care soo much for you and if you have an issue they are ready to help you out but just depends on what it is tho. Spacious clean all the time awesome events they put on and awesome yoga classes too!!!!

I was very excited to join this gym and meet with a Personal Trainer and really find myself again and gain the courage and confidence I wanted for my body and emotions.
However, my interaction with the Trainer Jeremy Phillips at this gym was horrendous. He is an older guy with dreads who stares at people in an awkward manner. He appeared as if he were not sober, and immediately touched me without gaining consent. When he was 'correcting' my bench press form, I felt as though he were staring at my chest inappropriately. It was very disturbing and I was so comfortable. He then tried to sell me PT sessions at a discounted price because he truly wanted to 'help' me- it was very sleazy.
I had a bad experience and have decided to cancel my membership. I hope the Personal Training team is reevaluated because his behavior was repulsive. Shouldn't employees come to work sober to train people?

Best gym ever!! Love that it has plenty machines you don't have to wait for anyone to finish so you can use it. Nobody stares or even pays attention to you they are about doing their own thing and there all age groups there. I love this place!! You feel very comfortable here.

Such a beautiful facility. Always so clean. Plenty of group ex classes for whatever you like to do. The equipment area is massive and has so many different types of things. The indoor pool has hot tubs and saunas. The outdoor pool has cool slides your kids will love.

Life time is an awesome gym. They are always updating their equipment and have a great maintenance staff. The life café is a warm and welcoming place. Their front line workers are always cheerful even if they are very busy. And they always remember my order. Highly recommend.

I have been a member since it opened in Atascocita. The outdoor pool is dirty there are hair balls, leaves in it. Gross it has been like this. The lifeguards do a poor job. They let kids run wild. They let the people go down water slide before the others are out of area. This is dangerous. The lifeguard on the top of water slide is suppose to wait until lifeguard in pool gives an all clear.
Even though this gym has a few issues it is by far the best gym in the area.

Great place to workout and be a member of very clean, top notch equipment as well. Not cheap but you pay premium place for premium experience

By far the worst lifetime. No one re racks weights and everyone has there backpacks or duffle bags in the gym. Trip over them regularly

Best and friendliness staff around. Th membenrship may be pricey but the amenities you get are incomparable to the surrounding gyms. 24hrs, tons of equipment, pools, hot tubs, sauna, free lockers and towels. Lifetime fitness is the best gym hands down.

Months and I know there have been multiple complaints about them. Lifetime is quick to take your
Money, but does not invest the money back into repairing broken machines.

Do not trust the sales staff. They will do anything to get you to join the gym, including lying about what deals are going on and how much more you're paying than necessary. They almost always run zero joining offers in the month, but will most often not tell you about them. I've known many staff members and have never heard anything but horror stories about how they are treated by management. Save your money.

I usually love this place but today there was a small snow cone stand outside the childrens area and my child was almost in tears because he could not get a snow cone. The guy who works for lifetime said he could only have one if I signed him up for summer camp. All the money I spend there and my son cant get a little snow cone unless I spend more money. Seriously!!!

The gym itself is nice, but Hidden FEES out the ass. Your membership will start at about 75$ a month, you would figure that would include everything. Nope, kid center is extra, very small amount of classes are free, cost money to put and keep your account on hold, and more. It's not worth the price I promise.

I finally have a place to go and meet very friendly staff members who are their to help you achieve your goals. I feel so much relaxed and comfortable to workout and than enjoy the whirlpool, sauna.

DO NOT JOIN THIS TRASH GYM. Even if they offered me a free year, I'd laugh and walk off saying, "Never again." One morning the staff didn't know the woman standing next to me was my wife until after they had insulted her and I told their fat asses to get a real job. I do not and will not recommend this gym to anyone. The staff are out of shape, ignorant and rude which is the total opposite of what I expected. They do not respond to emails and their facilities are always down or out of order. You will not get your money's worth here. This is for the social butterflies that play video games all day and want to drop a little fast food weight. Not the real deals. I dropped these guys for a 10 dollar a month gym because these guys are slackers without manners. I asked to try this gym out and didn't mind paying the first month to appease my curiosity. Just looking at it you can see that someone tossed a lot of money into this operation... but in the end their business model is trash. I tried it out for one month, did not sign up for a subscription service. At the end of my first month I was very disappointed. Then I noticed they charged me for a second month. I had the bank cut them off yet they continued to try and charge me for the following months. I let them keep the second month and requested they cancel my service 3 times. 4 months later they sent me a collections notice and said I needed to come in and sign forms to discontinue their billing. I DIDNT SIGN UP FOR ANY PLAN AND IF I HAD WANTED TO STAY I WOULD OF JUST PAID THE 2-3 YEARS UP FRONT. I have things to do and am constantly traveling. I don't have time for the bs with these guys. My email account should be adequate enough to accomplish a cancellation as should a phone call where I provide you with personally identifying information in order to verify my identity. These guys are a joke. Pass these guys up and go find a real gym. Even the 4-5 star reviews on here describe how things have improved over the years... BS. That's their marketing team trying to improve what the real public thinks about them. These guys are even faking reviews to make themselves look better. What a joke.

I'd say the gym was good, but be careful with their policies and transactions, they are very well trained to lie and rip you off. From the sales guy saying it cost something and then it really costs 50% more with all the add-ons. The one that really pissed me off is the "on hold" policy. I asked for membership cancellation since I was not using it, the lady talked me into putting it on hold instead, she never said they'd continue to charge me 15+ a month. The. 3 months later I find out and finally cancelled, and they still charged me an extra month due to 30 days notice policy. It reminded me of dish or Comcast, similar kind of doing business. Watch out, plus is not cheap to get that bs treatment. Good luck!

The gym is nice and clean, but TERRIBLE front desk service due to having young kids working at the front, so long story short I had brought two guess with me last night and this was before 9pm, The three guys working at the front desk checking people in was just being rude to my guest. My guests were there before I got there and they were going get a memberships there that night the guys at the front desk said that they had to pay $20 to get in after letting some other people in since they knew them and had no membership, because they knew each other. So after all that we drove 30 mins or so for a bad service like that to get to the gym we had to leave. So I canceled my membership and my fiancé, and will tell my other family members to cancel there membership as well to bad front desk service. I pay about $130 a month and get bad experience like that is a major negative and big impact on the place of business especially in sales area.
