Both of my pre-teen girls love it here. Miss Niss is like a Mama Bear & Master Brown along with the other Black Belts are very patient while helping them learn the proper form.. In my opinion, Brown's is the best traditional tae kwon do school.... more

Awesome workouts to be had here! I've lost a couple dozen pounds since joining back in the summer.. Class sizes are small which allows for extra attention that might be needed. The training sessions are intense and a lot of fun.... more

I love St Matthews Martial Arts! My daughter has been training there for 2 years. The instructors are wonderful and really great with the kids. I love that they do more than just karate with the fun days, presentation tournament, bully prevention and self defense classes they also offer.... more
Very cool location.. Great little gym if you're in downtown Louisville. I stopped in while traveling for work and was able to get a well priced day pass to squat bench and deadlift.... more
The new studio at the kula center is beautiful, tranquil and the class was outstanding. I love taking yoga with Danielle, she just has a way of making you feel good about who you are and the yoga is challenging and rewarding.... more

Very comfortable and welcoming environment. Great for all skill levels - I did the introductory silks and trapeze no problem with back problems.. I've taken 3 classes now and they have all been so much fun! I have very little experience but each class has been do able for me; the atmosphere here is very fun and welcoming.... more
There are a number of different types of yoga on the schedule. I have tried all but the most rigorous due to being a beginner. All the instructors are very good at giving good clear instructions on the poses.... more

Really, really loved this gym. I was Louisville on business and made the effort to cross over to Indiana just to work out here . Beautiful gym and super professional staff.
