Such a great place to go if you love work out classes! The Zumba, Kickboxing, Hip Hop and Cross Fit classes are all awesome with amazing instructors! They are fun, friendly, energetic and very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition.... more
I dropped in and trained for a class while travelling for work. There was a very hospitable, and welcoming atmosphere. The instruction from Marcello was excellent. Everyone I rolled and drilled with showed excellent technique and proficiency.... more

It's been great!!. As far as gymnastics lessons, teachers, and service this place is absolutely amazing. As far as health wise - one star . That place smalls like dirty feet and sweat, I feel like it does not get clean ever and my daughter got the wart on her feet, I believe from that place.... more
Plenty of cardio equipment that few people use , and not enough equipment that many people use . How about start being a decent gym and purchase a few more new treadmills? How about actually replacing the treadmills that you remove, supposedly for "repair service"? Two treadmills were removed and NOT replaced.... more
Great workout! A nice environment and friendly staff.. LOVE THIS STUDIO! I have been going to Just Ride for a little over a year and it is continuously one of the best workouts. I had never been to a cycling class prior to attending Just Ride, I always sat in the back in case I couldn't keep up or inevitability sweat all over myself and the bike.... more
I initially signed up my my son and he loved it. He was having so much fun I decided to join as well. The instructors are very knowledgeable, and they're great with the children. I definitely encourage anyone who's looking to learn a lot and meet great people to sign up.... more

Friendly staff, considerate members, very clean and very well- maintained equipment. Additional hygiene measures in place now so a great place to work out in comfort.. I want to see the gym three days ago and I still feel the burn I love it at Fort Benjamin Harris that's the YMCA I grew up on I love to space and I like how it was built everything is proportion if you ask me correctly and just right I had to get on them about their hygiene though how to clean the bathroom and stuff like that but other than that they good... more

Their boxing classes are far and above the best way to loose yourself in the workout, and before you know it, you'll be shedding the pounds and buildong the body you want! The trainers are endlessly encouraging and are willing to answer any question you have.... more

Very nice apartments. Nicely designed, quality stuff and leasing and maintenance teams have been very nice to work with and responsive. Roof top deck of tower building is great. Some of the buildings, including mine, are close to train tracks and the trains are loud early am and late pm.... more
Very friendly, great work out!. It used to be so fun. I had a monthly contract that renewed November 1. Since the renewal, literally EVERY SINGLE CLASS has been canceled. I've tried to cancel my contract , but they keep charging me.... more
Great hours, great space, way less cramped than Greenwood location. Updated equipment is nice, great amenities offered.. Management is ABSOLUTELY horrible. The manager Steve continues to harass me and 2 other girls that go with me on a weekly basis.... more
It's a good place to work out for a good price. There's plenty of equipment for the amount of people in the gym at a time, and it's clean and spacious. Also, the staff is friendly. Haven't had any issues here!.... more
