Great gym. My husband and I love coming to this gym as it is the closest to us. There are some questionable people who dont wipe down their maps or equipment which is gross, dont be that person! But, overall, it's a nicely managed, small Planet Fitness on 10th street.

I've been going here for a few weeks now.. mostly a good experience but today they are supposed to open at 5 am on monday morning it's now 5:16 and still dark..this is supposed to be a 24 hour experience. Kind of difficult to work out in the morning if no one opens, so a few days after this I was contacted by the manager who was very professional and took care of all my concerns changing my rating now

Good place to come in, work out, and go about your day. I will say, though, this place could be a bit cleaner. Having been to many other PFs, the cleanliness of this one is subpar at best. It would also be nice if there were more strength areas with bands, kettle bells, etc. Definitely room to improve, but all in all a decent spot.

A good planet fitness location - plenty of machines and everything is clean. Not a stinky gym :)

I had a great workout. The facility was clean, tidy, and well-organized. The coach was knowledgeable and engaging, and the other athletes were very welcoming!

Wonderful atmosphere along, with Very helpful Customer service. A great place to work out, and feel comfortable. Staff is very friendly, the people are very friendly. The atmosphere and Environment is very clean and open. Very wonderful place to work out.

This particular franchise is remarkable. I truly enjoy the facility and the staff. My only "issue" (which is very minimal and happens at all the Planet Fitness facilities I have visited) is the 30-minute workout area is constantly being used by other patrons, when it is specifically for those doing the 30-minute circuit. I feel this area definitely needs more monitoring at all facilities. However, the 10th Street facility is definitely one to visit. You won't be disappointed.

I like this location a lot! The staff are great :)
The only thing that threw me off about this location when I first started coming here was their hours...the door has "Open 24 hours" on the doors but they are not open 24 hours every day. That was a disappointing discovery. Other than that, I this location is great.

Me and my friend decided to get a membership around the beginning of summer 2017. I was going to be paying for my friends membership too, so we put direct deposit under my and hers acct. We only went for a few months and we just stopped going. So we both went in to cancel and filled out the cancellation form. There was no problems that they told us about and they said they cancel right away. No problem. I thought everything went well. So around Christmas 2017, my mother asked why I was still paying the membership. I guess she read my bank statement. When I looked at it, it said I was being charged 10 dollars for planet fitness. What??? I already cancelled it... So I went up there and asked them while I was still being charged. Apparently my friends acct was still active and was never cancelled. But the cancellation form was on the acct. They said they were sorry but the only thing that they could do is refund 20. They assured me that they were going to cancel it again so I said fine... Present time today June 2018, my bank acct is overdrawn. It didn't make sense I knew I should've had around $30 in there. So I go on my bank acct and I was charged $37.50 from PLANET FITNESS. Didn't I just cancel it???? TWICE???? I go back up there again and they tell me they can't cancel it until I pay $50 in late fees. WHAT LATE FEES??? That makes no sense. When I went up there the first time they told me I was good to go. No one mentioned late fees every time I was there to cancel. They tell me that the only thing that they can do is give me $10 off my $50 late fee for the trouble. I have been charged over $200+ for something I'm not using. I'm only 18 and I have a child to take care of. I need every cent that I have earned myself. So right now I have no idea what to do anymore. I feel defeated. So no, I do not recommend this place.

I came here around 2AM with my friend who is a black card member this was our first time here the girl at the front seemed like she was upset when I asked could she show us around we then said we would just look around and she seemed to roll her eyes as we walked away we then went into the changing room and was greeted by staff member Brian who was mopping the floor we asked him about the gym and he was very helpful and seemed very excited to talk to us we loved working out at this gym aside from the rude staff member

Normally I would give a 5...BUT... When you come in to workout and it goes from 3 machines out of order to 5...yes 5 machines not working that is unacceptable. This location started out great but is quickly going in the wrong directions. Staff is great but we come here to workout...well at least I do.

Friendly, helpful, and considerate staff, especially Rita, Zoe, and Mason. Plenty of machines and great variety. No matter what kind of workout I'm looking for on a given day, I can always make it happen.

Usually really clean but today as I'm about to put a mat down and do some abs I see something crawling, sure enough it's a cockroach.. so I go to tell someone and they do absolutely nothing. I'm not putting my head on the ground with cockroaches crawling around, no thanks!

Love the new fitness center. It doesn't seem to be as big as the Plainfield one but it doesn't seem to be as busy either. Both the Plainfield location and the 10th Street location needs some power fans in the back where the fitness equipment is. It is real stuffy in the back!!! That would help so much and be so appreciated. Other than that they have excellent equipment and love the free tanning!!!

I have been going to planet fitness for some years now and was so glad when they put one near my home. It's a lot smaller which makes it really nice.
