Great hours, great space, way less cramped than Greenwood location. Updated equipment is nice, great amenities offered.

Management is ABSOLUTELY horrible. The manager Steve continues to harass me and 2 other girls that go with me on a weekly basis. There are NO instructions how to use the Total Body Enhancement Machine and ALL the managers are completely clueless about the equipments they have . Also there are a group of 5 Mexicans that follow us and harass us and make us completely uncomfortable and management wont do anything. They dont care about anybody that comes in there. Completely unprofessional business.

Planet Fitness on Kentucky Ave is awesome! The employees are great! Helpful, courteous and genuine. Eli is a fantastic personal trainer! The gym is exceptionally well ran! Clean, organized and efficient...I can't believe I waited so long to join this gym! I recommend this gym to anyone looking for a lifetime fitness location!

I lobe the environment. It is great to be able to and get fit without feeling judged or intimidated. Also very clean and machines are in great shape

Decent gym, as far as equipment & classes. Radio ads are extremely misleading about price, and complicated by the fact that they only accept checking accounts... No cash, no credit cards.

Do not go to this gym. They are more worried about money than your fitness and well-being. This gyms policies suck so bad. I am wanting to switch gyms and try planet fitness, mei fitness, and another local gym before making my selection. Planet fitness was $20 for a single day pass. That is OUTRAGEOUS! That is the same as a month membership. I'd be fine paying that if I got to use the gym for a while month but forget that.

Great gym! I've only been going for a while now but so far so good the only problem I have is that it's not really open 24/7 which kind of stinks because I work the graveyard shift and I only have time to go at certain times and thinking it was open 24/7 when I signed up and already theres been 3 different times that i have tried going and they have been closed its not even at unreasonable times either like one was at about 9:30 pm on a monday but they closed at 9

A convenient location they allowed me to get my workout done either before or after work. The place is kept very clean by a very friendly staff.

I go about 4 times a week... The staff is really friendly. I can usually get on what I want with no wait time.

The guys and gals are always friendly. Tv selections are decent. Love going in and seeing a movie channel, hgtv... things that interest me that I can watch and get into for awhile and lose track of time and get lost in my walk etc.

Great place, music and staff. Shift changes at work and I come in here and the staff is friendly still. . . aIts not a judgmental place and there is always someone willing to help.

Some of the staff are friendly, but one guy imparticular is very rude every time I come in and makes me feel like an inconvenience

I love working out here! 270lbs and I always leave in a better mood than when I dragged myself in lol
