It's a good place to work out for a good price. There's plenty of equipment for the amount of people in the gym at a time, and it's clean and spacious. Also, the staff is friendly. Haven't had any issues here!

I'm posting for my sister who just started going about 2 months ago. She really likes it. She took advantage of a special so it's $10/month. Otherwise it's $30.
Employees are nice and happy to help (she's never belonged to gym and has used only some of the equipment before).
Very clean including bathroom and shower.
No pool, sauna or stuff like that,but if you pay the $30 you get access to a massage machine like those massaging chairs, but laying down.

Love this gym. I drive by 4 closer locations to come here. (15+ miles) Everyone is polite and the manager is awesome. Keep up the great work!

My sister and I meet up here every Monday to catch up, shoot the breeze, and plan for the week. The gym is very well kept. I didn't have to wait for a machine so my workout was great. To top it off, the hydro massage beds were amazing!

Of all the PF locations I've visited in Indy, this is definitely one of the best. Helpful staff, clean facilities, full range of equipment, knowledgeable trainers. I switched my membership from another PF franchise to this one because of their outstanding commitment to customers.

Nice location...okay truck parking on side..sunrise 480...favorite machines, fully equipped and quiet with nice showers and locker rooms fully mirrored....good job PF :)

Planet fitness in general is great, and i have no problems with the facility itself. After 10 months of working out at the Greenfield facility, I moved within town and the E.Washington st facility was closer to me. I went there for 2 months because black card let me do that.
Since I felt the need for more compound movements, I decided to not renew my membership. I told the staff at E.Washington st to stop my membership from automatically renewing, and was told it was done. This was false, and I got billed for a year's membership after the first year. At this point, staff at E.Washington st said they couldn't help me and I should talk to Greenfield. The manager at Greenfield, took care of the situation quickly, but I really didn't appreciate how the staff at E Washington lied to me about setting my membership to not renew, and then washed their hands off the situation.

i am from a different location and do not like the attitudes from the management there. they are absolutely not courteous nor friendly plus there's no hospitality and do not even greet the guest at their place. just piss poor attitude and no customer service and no professionalism from the management whatsoever. as a club member guest, i would not recommend going back because this has been the 3rd time that i have had a terrible experience from management there. not even appreciated being there.

I am so sorry you did not get billed 3 mo Mr. Alger. You know what? You know you got to pay so why blame the gym. When your utilities are due you still have to pay whether you recieved a bill or not. Can you dress yourself? oH & for those who can not schedule w the weekend hours go to other locations or get up & go before it closes.

I switched from another similar gym and am really happy I did. The staff are friendly. They keep the gym tidy. My gym goals are basic and this is a great choice.

Horrible experience. This gym is a trap. When the gym first moved their financial management to ABC they failed to bill me for acouple months. Now the gym refuses to cancel my membership over late fees and missing monthly payments that exist to no fault of my own. Management staff is rude and practically useless yet when you call anyone else higher up they claim they have no power to do anything to help because each gym is individually owned. This place is a joke, if you ever encounter any sort of billing issue due yourself a favor and just contact the better business Bureau because the local management will do nothing and the corporate management will claim they cannot do anything. There are so many better places that will not steal your money and I advise doing some better research before you start a membership here. If you are having second thoughts PLEASE visit and read the reviews for planet fitness corporate, last time I checked they had a 1.4 out of 5 review. This place is a money pit and they can and will trap you to get every cent out of you.

Plenty of treadmills, but I wish they had stair mills or rowing machines. The free weight area is small, but I like the express workout. I also like the massage options.

This is a great place to exercise without feeling like you're being watched by other people and judged but they don't offer any classes and they don't have a pool but if you need treadmills and gym equipment this is your place. the staff is very helpful and nice. They don't try to sell you a secondary service.

I don't want to tell you this because you might ruin my favorite gym, but this PF is rarely busy and always clean. The staff is a bit lax, but as long as the machines are clean I don't care if they're on their phones during their downtime.
