This is fast paced power yoga. It could be overwhelming to new yoga practitioners, but it is truly an all-in-one workout: cardio, bodyweight strength, stretching, and core. The instructors are nice and cue well for a general acheivement of the poses.... more

I Love this place. It is very much a community of different people sharing the goal of being fit and healthy and enjoying themselves all at the same time.. We just joined the YMCA--we previously had membership at a chain gym--and we love the Y! There for my grandsons basketball games. Good addition to the community.. Very family oriented, I'm able to drop my littles at the daycare while I take a group exercise class. My four year old has taken swim and karate classes and loves the YMCA... more

The equipment at this facility is worn out and dated. It's not a bad gym, just not well maintained for a $360.00 dollar per year membership fee.. I've always liked LA Fitness Ansley, and it seems to get better and cleaner.... more
Great gym! Khunpon keeps it very clean and sanitary. Locker rooms and showers are nice. The Muay Thai program is great for anyone, from beginners to advanced fighters and they also have kids classes, boxing, yoga, fitness kickboxing, you name it!! 10/10!.... more
