Laila was amazing. We brought clients in for their first time and they had a great experience. We came in from out of town for the week and also received suggestions for food so obviously we had to bring smoothies back to the yoga instructors.... more
I prefer the Buckhead one over this one, but in the end this is a very solid gym. I love the location within Ponce with free parking and access to Ponce. The Buckhead space seems larger and has a few more toys.... more
Very nice facility with ample covered parking. Placement of equipment was a little tight my preferences. I personally don't enjoy other perspiring bodies or their sweat touching mine when I work out.... more

Such a great studio. The instructors are so friendly and welcoming and the workout is always great. They remember your name and push you to your limits. The studio is clean and great location and I can always find parking.... more
They are great with the kids. My daughter won nationals on her level.. We've been at Buckhead Gymnastics for 12 years. We love the owners and have loved all of our coaches. Buckhead Gymnastics provides a great learning environment for learning new skills, and my daughters love spending time there.... more

Started doing Yoga to help aid in my flexibility for weightlifting and help with my back. So far, I have been super pleased with the instructors, the spaces, and the sequencing. Yes, it is similar, BUT I, personally, like the consistency, because, as a beginner, I can get more practice in those poses.... more
This was a great workout and the teacher was wonderful but if you are a beginner you won't be able to keep up with this class. I didn't know beforehand that they suggest that you be able to hold a plank for 2 minutes before taking it.... more
