This studio has great instructors: friendly, upbeat, motivating, and dedicated to helping you reach your goals. I especially appreciate the multiple class options on Saturday so I get to enjoy sleeping in without sacrificing my fitness goals. There are also some particularly friendly and encouraging ILKB members who attend at this location.
I love the group. nobody judges, everybody's supportive, the instructors are patient (I have two left feet now) and the instructions are easier than I thought it would be. I enjoy going!
My friends and I had been interested in trying kickboxing, and when I came across ILKB's deal for 5 classes at $15, we all signed up and decided to try it out. It was the best decision I ever made!! The instructors Courtney, Bresha, David, and now Nicole, are absolutely incredible and are a huge part of why I decided to get a membership and keep coming so consistently. They are so encouraging, with just the right amount of kick-butt, that even though the warm-ups are tough, you push yourself through them and feel such a sense of accomplishment after.
Additionally, the class really does work - my medical condition makes it easy to gain weight and very hard to lose it, but after only 3 months of kickboxing, I ended up losing almost 10 pounds. That might not be huge for most people, but for me, who could barely lose a pound after consistent diet and exercise, it was huge!! Over the course of the class, I've learned to look at fitness as not just losing weight, but becoming stronger - my kicks have gotten harder and higher, my form has become much better, and most importantly, I feel good. I highly recommend kickboxing to everyone, and definitely at this location!!

I got groupon to try couple classes. The two stars are giving to the class and instructor, they are great. BUT I hate the part they forced to buy the monthly package immediately after the first class. Worse than that, if you decided not to buy the package right away, they just found all kind of reasons asking to buy like "Do you want to archive your goal?" I truly do love ILKB! I've done BeachBody workouts for years (TurboFire, Insanity, 21 Day Fix, etc, and a host of other programs). NONE of them compare to the results I've gotten at ILKB in barely two months. Along with tweaking my diet, I've not only lost 11lbs (only 4 more to goal), but most importantly, have built muscle, including the ever-elusive 6-pack, as well as rebuilding the muscle in my right leg that had lost tone due to knee surgery. Friends, family, coworkers and strangers all comment on my appearance so I know it's not just me. I could go on but I'll leave it with this -- the team at the Atlanta location are really great people, they keep the workouts challenging yet fun and push me to be a better me. I'm hooked!
I thought I was gonna love this place. I bought a couple classes on Groupon and fell in love when I took the class. I signed up for the membership. All was good until I had a family tragedy and told them I wanted to cancel due to family priority. First of all don't ever sign a contract with them. Their contract does not clearly state that it's basically no way out unless you die, move or are severely injured. They bank on the fact that their instructors are generally nice people and don't know a damn thing about their membership contract. They just tell you to contact member solutions. Member solutions tells you that they have no help for you. It is plain awful. Today is my first actual month (day 30) of membership and I totally regret EVER signing up. NEVER AGAIN. Think twice before letting these bandits take your money. Horrible.
Update*** My issue was rectified. Thank God! The manager David was amazing and personally called me to help me sort out my issue. I am utterly shocked and ultimately so so appreciative of his help. I will absolutely reconsider my membership in the future! So grateful.
Scam alert!!!!!!!! I went one time with the Groupon and the woman there told me in order to lock in a cheaper monthly rate to sign that day. I told her I didn't have money on me and I wasn't sure if I wanted to sign with the membership. She said don't worry about it just sign this paper to lock in the price and I can come back whenever I want with the money to start my membership. The months go by and I never went back and I get calls for a billing agency saying I owe them 400 a month for year and if I want to get out of it I have to pay them $400 or it will go into collections. I never once used their services and they refused to cancel. Beware they are scammers!!!!!! On top of that I had to hire a lawyer to get out of this whole mess when they lied to me to get me to sign a piece of paper. They are crooks !!!!!
My roommate travels a lot so when we found I Love Kickboxing, we were excited to try something that we could do together on her weekends at home. The classes were fine, but the customer service was lacking after my roommate was KICKED OUT OF CLASS for wearing hand wraps. We were explicitly told by our Friday instructor that we could wear them (and we did during our first four classes!). When we came in on a Tuesday (for our fifth class), the instructor kicked us out and told us he had never seen us before so we must not understand their policies. WE ARE MEMBERS of this gym, and the instructor told us that he "has cameras so [he] would know if we had been there before." I called customer service and confirmed that gloves are not a part of their policy. We will not be coming back after the way we were treated.
I love kickboxing! Seriously, the classes are amazing and lead by a great staff of instructors. The work outs are challenging for everyone, whether it's your first day or if you're a kickboxing fitness veteran. What's better than an intense workout with fun music being played in a welcoming atmosphere? You also get a free water just by checking in on social media! Overall awesome place to get some work done :)

Amazing workout! The classes are a great way to get in shape and lose weight. Kickboxing Atlanta makes me feel stronger and has gotten me in the best shape of my life!
