Wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible workout facility. Gym is crowded, messy, not to mention their cancellation terms.
You have to cancel 30 days before your next billing period to avoid getting charged. They conveniently failed to mention that during their membership pitch. I was in town for work (just a 2 month assignment) and the last day of my assignment fell right before the next billing period. I tried to call and cancel 3 days before I was charged (3 days before, 2 days before, and the day before), and I could not get a hold of any employees at the gym. Long story short, now I'm back in Florida (where the closest workout anytime is 2 hours away), and I'm paying for services up until May. I'm paying for two freaking months that I'm not even in town. I figured I would at least call in and try to talk with an employee about the situation? Turns out all of their billing is done through a third party system. Literally nothing any of the employees could do. Horrible design. Save your money and buy a membership somewhere else.

Staff doesn't respond to emails, adds ridiculous charges and fees (so you're not really saving any money). Still waiting on an email response after my 4th attempt over some unapproved attempts to try to charge my card.

Like that I can get in and out. Gym has all. The equipment that I "need" but not necessarily everything I'm use to. Wish they had a LateralX machine and a steam room or sauna. However, for a discount gym, it's not bad at all. I love that they're open 24 hrs a day and typically all of the equipment is in working condition.

Nice Large room with lots of equipment, pretty much everthing you need to train. It is a true twenty-four hour facility.

Similar to other people on these reviews, I moved out of the area and asked how to cancel my membership. A gym employee told me that I could submit an email request to cancel the membership, which I did in December of 2017 and January of 2018. Then, several months later I am getting called by a debt collection agency because apparently the only way to cancel your contract would be submit a specific form to the payment processing firm and not through the gym. This was not communicated when I was asking, and now I am paying $150+ to not have this gym's bad management impact my credit.

Great small 24 hour gym. Fairly basic, but it has almost everything needed. No frills but nice and clean.

I have been going for over a year. Really convenient for me. They changed mgmt a few times it seems but everyone was always nice.

I haven't been back there since 9-5-2017 and I keep getting charged $106 each month for a service I no longer use as a matter of fact my trainer(Rick) no longer works.There and when I tried at as for a stop payment and a refund for the 7 months I didn't use the training they told me the didn't know anything about giving me a refund or stopping my payment.I guess I will have to get a lawyer to get the $742 refund. I think that is so sad and I thought this WAS a good gym WRONG.

This location is currently under new management! There were some concerning issues however the new Owner is working very diligently to correct the issue at this location. If you are seeking a new gym to workout and get healthy please give Workout anytime a look. Make sure to go online and sign up for the free 3 day pass! This place is so insanely crowded on weeknights that you can hardly walk around... no one reracks their weights either so I'm never sure what equipment is being used. Nothing negative to say about the facility itself or the staff, but I have to say I kind of dread going in there every time.

Always dirty; the air feels warm and musty. Slight odor of B.O. In addition, no one (literally no one) re-racks their weights, so you never know if the equipment is being used. Many hidden fees as others have noted; do not be fooled by the $15/mo membership fee. When I cancel my membership, I expect to be charged outrageous fees for canceling as others have reported.

WOW I AM DISGUSTED BEYOND BELIEVE!!!! Contacted Head Quarters, and Ms. Sarah of Customer Relations listened to the entire!!!! I am speechless!!! Can't and won't put it as of yet in words!!!
Read all reviews many high ratings seem fabricated, read for yourself you'll get the drift!!! All 1 / 2 Stars absolutely warranted!!!! Do not trust a girl Latoya at front desk!!!! Zero customer service!!! Super rude & bland!!! All a fassade and nothing to your satisfaction. I can see they give lots of preferential treatment to only a selected few of their liking & immediate acquaintance!!! Will update this review more in detail waiting for response from Owner!!! Probably won't happen, but let's see!!!
Update: No call or touch base ever occured from Owner!!! WHY IS THIS PLACE STILL OPERATING!!!! SMH.

Thank you Josh Rogers for taking the time satisfy my questions and concerns. I will be returning to Workout Anytime gym, and although customer service at the billing level could be done a little differently, the local level of service is much more important to me.
Mr. Rogers was very patient and knowledgeable and I truly appreciate his immediate contact upon learning of my concerns.
So funny that your company is relentlessly contacting me about my monthly $10 payment that I have been making for almost a year, when I have only been to your facility no more than 3 or 4 times.
I have not heard from you since your attempt to up sell me with personal training fees which by the way, disregarded my RA condition and left me with inflamed joints after the trainer told me he was familiar with rheumatoid clients.
My account is free through my Silver Sneakers program; I chose to upgrade to use the massage table - which I've used once. Consider any fees owed the electricity I saved you by not coming.
Thank you for your concern for your clients; others I have joined do check in on my well-being and progress periodically. It was even suggested that I swipe my card even if I don't come in to keep this program relevant - really, for who?
I pray that you are on yelp so that I can praise you there also. Oh, and by the way, this is my notice to close my account. I tried on the phone with your account person and they told me to go in person. If my schedule or health allowed that, maybe I would be frequenting the facility.

Workout Anytime is a nice, inexpensive gym with good trainers. I've been training here with Rick for several months and am completely satisfied. The space is a little small and can get crowded, but people are always friendly and there is no issue getting in to use any machine. The building itself seems a bit old and sometimes the bathrooms/locker rooms aren't as clean as some people might like, hence the 4 star rating instead of 5. I personally will continue using this gym, however, and have no issues with it.

This is an excellent small fitness center with plenty of cardio equipment and all of the requisite training gear and free weights for a proper workout. The place is pretty clean, but there are always slobs and pigs that leave water bottles around, fail to wipe down equipment after use and refuse to return it to racks or proper place. Nevertheless, this should not detract from the amenities and facilities the fitness center offers. Additionally, it is located in a very safe and routinely patrolled shopping plaza, that is clean and well lighted. But, due to its small size it can be difficult and even annoying to workout during peak hours, however the greatest benefit is that it is open 24 hours 7 days a week, so anyone serious about training can find the opportunity to workout anytime.

This gym is awesome! The equipment is always clean and the staff is so nice and helpful! The price is great too! I love it there!
