Great instructor as well!. sydney's class was just what i needed! travelling for work all week and last minute decided i needed a break- mandarin location was 10 minutes from my hotel and both staff members were incredibly friendly and kind! i really enjoyed the intimate setting and it was actually very nice to have such a small class.... more

Great toddler class for $9 if paying cash and $10 if using card on wed. My daughter has been going here for over 4 years and has loved every minute of it! Their focus is not only on teaching gymnastics but also on teaching the kids to be encouraging teammates and how to get back up again.... more

HEW is the best gym that I've ever been to. The Coaches are amazing and the members are very supportive. There are days when I have some challenges and can't do the exercise as stated but they always provide alternatives that give me a great workout as well.... more

This was my first time doing yoga in several years and I found the Vinyasa flow class very challenging but also very doable. I had a great experience!. I'm still pretty new to Red Skies but I've had a great experience! Both in personal attention from instructors welcoming me like they've known me for years to the help on the mat and explanation of poses ! The coaches are awesome, everyone is welcoming, and the workouts are intense!. Started on a 60 day challenge and have never looked back!
