I love it here! I always feel welcomed by everyone. It is always a good challenge for me when I do a class!!!! I come out after a class feeling like I can conquer the world. Very flexible with times and days of classes and also a good variation of classes for everyone!!!
Hot Spot Power Yoga is where I completed the Art of Assisting and Advanced Art of Assisting Baptiste Programs. The studio is owned and operated by Leah & Jon Hansen (who are simply amazing people). If I lived in Jacksonville, I'd be lucky enough to have several Hot Spot Power Yoga locations to choose from!
They allow a ridiculous amount of people per class so that you have no room to do poses without hitting the people on either side of you.
Love this place. Staff is warm and friendly and the hot yoga classes I took were awesome. Great teachers and I always leave feeling so relaxed and good. I will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone.
My first experience with hot yoga (and power yoga) - I had a really good experience. I was drenched in sweat and smiling from ear to ear. The cold towel at the end was spectacular. Will be return on Sunday AMs!

Really great studio. Welcoming staff, challenging Yoga classes.
It's popular so sometimes a little crowded. Definitely recommend if you wanna sweat and strengthen your body. Always offers first time participants a good deal. Many classes feature an assistant who helps get the most from the poses.
It took me years after learning about hot yoga & knowing where a studio near me was to take the plunge & try it. I didn't have any reasons to besides loving to sweat & doing more yoga poses than the handful I practiced at home. I definitely got that along with much more insight on the practice of yoga as well as life. The studio hold many programs outside of the normal class routine that are highly beneficial as well.
Great atmosphere! Excellent teachers! Perfect for any level of practice!
Remember to always bring your yoga mat and an actual yoga towel as you will sweat and slip and slide without it! Also bring plenty of water/electrolytes!
I truly love my yogi family! The instructors are supportive, caring and knowledgeable. The facility is always clean and relaxing. I typically enjoy the power and restore classes, but have enrolled in a few of the educational and self improvement programs as well. I couldn't recommend Hot Spot more highly!

Discovering hot spot power yoga was a transformative experience in and out itself. It offers a wonderful variety of classes, including prenatal yoga, which has been extremely helpful during my pregnancy as I prepared for the birth of my child. The teachers are extremely competent and committed to promote healthy minds and bodies in a supporting communal environment. I strongly recommend Hot Spot power yoga
